Broadband support when you're abroad?

Hello,

I'm currently out of the country with a friend house sitting for me. The internet is down at home. The Plusnet customer support number isn't working from the country I'm in. How can I contact them? Best, Chris

I would have expected the full international format to work:    +44 330 123 9123

Sadly no, probably a function of my plan. Is there no online chat anymore?

Remember to press and hold the + on a mobile for the international format of the numbers.

You SHOULD normally get a response within a few minutes

The bot will try and match with the mobile number registered on your broadband account. I wonder if its not matched because the mobile is roaming and the CID is different ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
