Hi,
Which device are you using for the text copy?
You could try screenshots again, but make it more readable this time.
As John says, no disconnects for the last 4 days is good, I'm nearly at 51 days!

Hi Dan, I've tried again with no success. However, I think i've been able to send you them over private message.
Sorry if this is not allowed!

Hopefully attached, but I rather you hadn't sent them to me.
What is noticeable you have two devices which keep dropping the wifi connection and switching between 2.4 (ath00) and 5 (ath10) GHz signal
Device disconnected: Hostname: Unknown-8a-50-a1-de-bc-ba IP: 192.168.1.112 MAC: 8a:50:a1:de:bc:ba
Device disconnected: Hostname: Unknown-36-c7-d9-cb-9a-ff IP: 192.168.1.97 MAC: 36:c7:d9:cb:9a:ff
Any idea what these two devices are?
In an attempt to stop this behaviour you could try splitting the wireless names.
From the Hub's home page navigate to Advanced Settings >Wireless >5GHZ Wireless
Change Sync with 2.4 GHz to No and add -5 to the wireless SSID, then save.
Once changed you will see two PLUSNET networks, using my example it would be PLUSNET-CTJF and PLUSNET-CTJF-5
which be 5GHz signal. Connect the devices to the strongest signal at the location they are at.
Any 2.4GHz only device should continue to work as that wireless SSID has not been renamed.
Edit: if you do decide to upgrade to Unlimited Fibre Extra I recommend you request a Hub Two

Hi Dan,
Sorry about that it wouldn't let me attach files or copy and paste the text.
I have done as you have advised and this morning I have returned to stable download speeds. I'm now operating at 4.35 MB/s consistently, thank you for the help.
We have requested a contract upgrade to the Unlimited extra, how would I go about requesting a HUB 2?
Thank you.
