Help, the broadband keeps dropping out and it won’t stay for more than a few mins. I’m trying to work from home!

I hope the situation has improved for you, but I wanted to check some further details in case it hasn't. Primarily, do you get an error message? Your connection looks good on Tuesday other than one drop late in the evening.
This makes me wonder if it's wifi, hence my question about error messages. Also, are you able to try a wired connection for testing?
