Account closure reversal
Hi - we were due to change provider of land line and broadband, however the current Coronavirus situation has affected the order for the new provider. Plus net though have already closed our account and cut us off. With Openreach in lockdown, we’re in limbo with no internet access or land line. Is there a way we can have our account reinstated? I’ve tried calling but keep getting cut off. Any ideas of how we can sort this?
