Hi
My broadband has been flaky since the weekend but is now nearly non existent. I am on FTTC with a fixed IP address. DSL stays up all the time. I swapped modem and router but the results are still the same. Here is my Thinkbroadband Quality monitor.

What is your location?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Localised issue there resolved 2am today.
