Broadband connection

I have the plusnet hub one and I have a solid orange light I have done all the troubleshooting guides and still got an orange light. I have tried using the hub manager but it doesn't move from the loading page after I have logged in with admin password.
Any one know what else I can do?

Which light is orange, and what colour are the others?

I can see you were back up and running a couple of hours later. Is all okay now?
