Broadband connection

Hi I’m in sheerness Kent and yet again the broadband keeps dropping out this is becoming a regular thing now with plus net I can’t wait for my contract to end and as I’m writing this it’s dropped again

Why not report a fault and get it fixed?

 

If you have a faulty line moving to another supplier won't fix a fault.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see your broadband's dropping.

I've tested your line and the tests are showing what's known as an "Impairment in copper joint detected most likely close to customer premises" so I'd like to arrange an engineer visit to get that fixed. When would you be available for a visit? Openreach engineers work weekdays 8am to 1pm, or 1pm to 6pm.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Hi there, I'm sorry to see that's still a problem. I've just tested your line again and we're still seeing signs of a line fault, please let us know your availability as per what @Gandalf mentioned in his last response and we'll get an appointment arranged for you.
