Broadband Renewal Problem

My Father in law has been sent a renewal offer which he thinks he has accepted but is rather unsure what he has been offered!

When looking in his account it says "

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."


Please can someone look into this and confirm what his renewal involves he is elderly and rather confused,

Is this, your community account, linked in some way to your father in laws Plusnet account? If not Plusnet will not be able to identify said account from this post.
