Broadband Free Usage Query

Can someone confirm that the period of 12pm - 8am runs in sync with British Summer Time etc...

Re: Broadband Free Usage Query

Yes its local time not GMT. So when the clocks change you either get an extra hour free or 1 hour less.

As mentioned, daylight savings has no impact on your free usage hours.

I don't think that's what you meant!!  Surely you will still get 8 hours of free usage (on BBYW) - not 7 in the winter and 8 in the summer Smiley  i.e. PN will align their clock with either BST or GMT so off peak will always run 1200-0800 or 1200-1600 dependent on package type.
