Broadband Fault - Open Ticket Request

Dear Plusnet,

[Hi again Gandalf] (Our previous thread a year ago! https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/Internet-Frequently-Drops/m-p/1810729)

 

For the life of me, I couldn't work out how to raise a ticket directly on PlusNet login

 

After my connection was fine again, it has started dropping again. Just after signing up for another 12 months! Typical. And a bit strange of the timings being the same as last year; could it be the weather 😂

 

Issue is the same as last time. Can we open another ticket to monitor drops & check the line? 

 

P.S 

2nd Issue; as stated above I have just signed a new contract, which turns out it was a month before the annual bill increase! So now my price has increased from my agreed 12 month rate. Considering my previous year experience of 3 months of faults and me agreeing to stay with PlusNet. I feel this is unjust. Any chance you can raise another ticket to Billing & request a gesture of goodwill. Loyal, patient, understanding customer!

Hi Rob, I hope you're good and I'm sorry that's an issue again. Line tests are showing a "high resistance cable fault" so we'll need to book an engineer visit. I've just tried calling and left a brief voicemail, I've opened up a ticket on your account here:

Hi Rob, just a quick update to say you can also get back to me on here with your availability for a visit if that's easier for you. We can book it Monday to Friday in one of these slots:


AM = 08:00 - 13:00

PM = 13:00 - 18:00
