Hi there,
Our radius logs are showing connections, what is it that's happening? If you're not getting web pages I'd say it's worth specifying DNS servers.
I did try to call you but I assume you're on dialup - let me know when you're off and I'll give you a ring and see if we can sort this out.

Well, speak as I find !!
Mathew from Plusnet phoned me and found that some how
I had disabled my Ethernet card .
It is of course now enabled  and I am  now surfing on
Broadband . Whoopee !!!!
After dial-up this is luxury.

you asked me what my speed is.
Now that im activated I have tried threee different site .

Results are:-
1/Speedtest
Download  =      1028 KBS
Upload        =      373 KBS

2/ My Broadband plusnet ?Huh
Download  =      3858 KBPS
Upload        =      381  KBPS
3/ ZD Net
Download  =      3499  KBPS

I do seem to  have had on a couple of occasions  where I have  been unable to get web pages
On both occasions  I have re-booted my Router , and then everthing is o.k again.

By the way my  Ethernet card Disabled again, I definately didn't do it this time.

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
    IP profile for your line is - 3000 kbps
    DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)  4864 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)

No probs matey, save opening another thread, can anyone tell me if my 24th activation is still ago for my account please?Just i have not received my router yet, do you think i may get it tomorrow, or shall i curse royal mail again? Seeing as they ahve already lost my crimbo cards Tongue

In answer to your question, I have just been into Broad band .org  who say that I am 5795.27km from my exchange in a staght line

I did their speed test and the results were :-
Down load              =             2872 kbps
Upload                    =             349  kbps
My Computer repair man who lives literally  2 minutes  walk away told me when he put my ethernet card in , not to expect more than  2mb in this village

Where do you live? - that's one hell of a distance  Grin
5795.27km = 3601 miles  Smiley
Hopefully you meant 5795.27 metres and not kilometres
5795.27metres = 3.6miles !
