No reply to my ticket. Seems plusnet don't care and are happy to sell this as a broadband product. such a shame.

Whoa almost 2000ms. Definitely something not right.
Staff could do with running a test down your line to check for any faults etc.

Our tests aren't showing any obvious issues with the line.
I can see we've arranged for a new router to be sent to you.
