Not at present AFAIK.
Even if I was on BT Broadband, I doubt it would work very well round here - the only terrestrial signal was being provided by NTL(Virgin) and they've turned it off. I can't be bothered to get an aerial installed as have Sky.

Once upon a time it was on the roadmap.. however those plans were scrapped and there are no plans to bring it in.

May I ask why ? I thought Plusnet is now part of BT. Why wouldn't BT integrate Plusnet into this.
So I have to switch to BT Broadband to get it ?
Thank you

From here
Since then as far as I can tell nothing, so I doubt it will happen at all now.
Quote Last year we intended to make BT Vision and BT Fusion services available to our customers by opening up the BT Home Hub to work on the PlusNet network. This has proved harder than we thought and has taken a back seat while we focused our efforts on Broadband Your Way. We’re still looking at ways to provide BT Home Hubs later this year. Once we have, we can look at BT Vision and BT Fusion but we’re unlikely now to launch those services in 2008.

There is a rumour that Project Canvas boxes could be available as soon as March/April this year which could well meet all your VOD and download requirements.
Until then search for 'Boxee Box' ...
