BBC iPlayer streaming problems on pcl-ag04

On gateway lo0-central10.pcl-ag04 which is not recognised by Usertools  I am getting the following
Download 4375kbps
Streaming (1) 1912kbps
Streaming (2)1812kbps
Streaming (3)1909kbps
Now on ptw-ag01 which is recognised and this is the result
Download 3963kbps
Streaming (1) 3991kbps
Streaming (2) 4036kbps
Streaming (3) 3855kbps

Have you used wireshark to see if they are being put in the same queues on the two gateways? (Searching the service status announcements suggest both have been upgraded to E100's)

Pretty much as has been said related to that, though it's obviously a little tough after the fact now.
In regards to the gateway not being detected. lo0-central10.pcl-ag04.plus.net would be detected according to the matching system, though lo0-central10.pcl-ag04.plus.net does not exist in DNS.
Can you let us know how you knew it was this, such as the IP so we can raise a problem?

From a tracert I would guess, that's what I always do if I get an unknown gateway.

Tracert gave me the details
No I didn't bother doing a Wireshark I just hopped gateways to see if it fixed it
