Anyone switched from Now broadband (copper) to PN Fiber?

As the subject said, has anyone switched from NOW  to PN Fiber? I am getting confused, as Now is on Openreach PN should be able to cancel it but also it is copper and I have read that I'd have to tell them. But then when do I cancel, I need to give 30 days notice, but I need an engineer to come out to inspect, then later to install so when do tell them the last date?

I am so confused!!

Me too, @RobPN . Wonder if the OP actually wants FTTP, in which case, some the question(?) makes garbled sense.

If its an FTTP order, then the order process will ask to confirm the existing services should be cancelled. In which case PLusnet will place a 'change of ownership cease' transfer order to complete when the FTTP is installed.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks, @MisterW . Hopefully, that will answer the OP, and it clarifies things for me, too.😀
