Hi again Daniel,
Upon further inspection of the account it looks like the agent who manually enabled this has missed the stage where the realm is added and configured. This means the account appeared active and the broadband order showed as complete however the connection couldn't be established on the authentication side due to the missing component.
This has now been picked up and manually added/configured so you will no doubt see the connection spring to life shortly so let us know how you get on!
Apologies for missing this in the initial instance and big thanks to pwatson for prompting a deeper investigation into activation logs of the account

I've been checking the connection logs and haven't seen any connection attempts just yet, is the modem/router plugged in and powered up with the correct login details in it at the moment?
I'll also arrange for a good will gesture to be added to your account as this was clearly a mix up from one of our agents, you should see details of this pop up on your support ticket shortly.

Forgive me for jumping in but I didn't think that the modem had the login details just the router
