Quote from: Anotherone The Helpdesk page is where you need to go - it's on the Troubleshooting tab (login needed).
Thanks, just done that and get some 56 items listed, but I can't see SNR anywhere in that list.

Can we have a copy and paste of that please (delete any personal information) or screen shot with personal data blanked.
On checking, the 4A doesn't have the info only sync speed If the 5A is similar to that, you might have to roam through the Event log, look at the WAN entries and find the DSL ones.

How is the sync speed you have compared to your other modem/router?

Poor chandu is going to have to wade through the Event logs, and that's only going to give the SNRM at sync - still better than nothing. As I wrote this, something reminded me about stats, and it was this -
Quote However, from software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.173.1.6, the stats for ADSL lines have been removed so RouterStatsHub 5A will now ONLY work on fibre lines.
so it's because you are on Fibre rather than ADSL. How daft! Unless of course that's changed with the latest firmware. We need a user on ADSL with the latest firmware I never looked in detail at any of the other pages on that 'A' that I briefly saw, are there any that give any error figures at all?
PS. Is your Cab in your front garden?

Okay, How does one go about updating the HH5A firmware?
@Anotherone, Yes I had a look at Troubleshooting > Event Log > Category > WAN, there is a long list of WAN event/s including VPI = 0 and VCI =38, but no SNRM.

As far as the SNRM goes, no entries with DSL - nothing with DSL? There are several pages in the log mind, look at the bottom of the page and click Next if you haven't tried that already.
As far as the updates go, have a look in the log for CWMP entries to see if it's checking for updates. If it is they will decide when/if you get an update.

Only Ref to DSL found ( Troubleshooting > Event log > WAN) is:
14:27:16, 09 Dec. ( 125.550000) ATM over DSL is up
14:26:29, 09 Dec. ( 78.240000) ATM over DSL is down after 0 minutes uptime
14:26:25, 09 Dec. ( 74.380000) ATM over DSL is up
Looked at the log for CWMP, they do not make much sense to me. See what you make of it - C & P below:
15:01:55, 10 Dec. (88604.030000) CWMP: HTTP authentication success from https://pbthdm.bt.mo
15:01:54, 10 Dec. (88602.130000) CWMP: Initializing transaction for event code 6 CONNECTION REQUEST
15:01:53, 10 Dec. (88601.990000) CWMP: Server URL: https://pbthdm.bt.mo; Connecting as user: ACS username
15:01:53, 10 Dec. (88601.990000) CWMP: Session start now. Event code(s): '6 CONNECTION REQUEST'
15:01:53, 10 Dec. (88601.850000) CWMP: Initializing transaction for event code 6 CONNECTION REQUEST
15:01:52, 10 Dec. (88600.710000) CWMP: session completed successfully

No other DSL entries before 14:26:25 ? Looking for something like DSL Link up? With luck, it'll be the couple of lines just before that.

I shall get an opportunity either Sun evening or on Monday, due to family commitments, to look at it again.
Thanks very much to both yourself and MatrixRob for your kind help.
Have a good weekend,

Had a look at WAN (Troubleshooting > Event Log > WAN) and there is nothing before 14:26:25. I looked further anything relating to DSL or DSL link up, but there is nothing of interest, except the details of down time (after x mins.) and up time. I am still experiencing frequent line drops and DLM is still punishing me for this drop out/s. It is bit annoying not to know the SNRM after each drop out.
I am still waiting for the Support to come back to me since last Friday, but it seems they are taking their time.
