I have not heard anything from you concerning the problem. My internet has been down since Friday 12th December. Please could you let me know what is happening. I rely on the connection for work and really need to get this problem resolved promptly.

Our suppliers have carried out some remote work which they believe has resolved the issue.
Can you reboot your router and see if this gets you online?

All sorted when I got home. Did not need to reboot router. Will monitor over the next few days to see if speed has not dropped.
