500m Upgraded to 900m but speed is same

Start from 1 Aug, I upgrade my plan to 900m, but I test many times still is 500m speed, I has test power off the planet router few min and start again same issue

@timothysiu Have you had a confirmation email/text from Plusnet that the upgrade has completed? If not, give them a call.

How are you testing the speed, using a wired or wireless connection?

Testing speed for accuracy a wired connection is required as many wireless devices do not perform at 900 Mbps, the Hub Two is only Wifi 5.

For example my HP Laptop speed test is only around 300 Mbps where as my Pixel 7 is around 600 Mbps.

A wired speedtest is around 900 Mbps.
