Please can you try and keep the posts regarding your disconnections to a single thread? It's really difficult to keep track of what's happening with posts all over the place like this.

PN profile seems stuck at the moment. My router has remained synced at 6259 kbps for almost up to 70 hours as at the time of posting this. PN profile still showing as 5.3 mb.
Maybe by the time this gets seen it will have updated. Oh well, can't be helped I guess.
Update: Hmm... Interesting, after +80 hours of constant PPP connection PN profile never changed. But then late last night the PPP dropped & reconnected (around 03:30 I believe) and just recently when I checked the PN profile, it has updated to 5.5 mb. I wonder whether you need to start a new PPP session to get the PN profile to update on time.

I have a sync speed of 19069 kbps download for well over 4 days now ,i have done a speed test this morning with the bt speedtest site and they have my ip profile at 16.82 mbps.My Plusnet one is 14.8,could you please match my profile with the BT one

However, PN profile is still at 4000, as it has been for a few months, when at various times it should have been 3500, 4000 or 4500.

Can you give the profile another bump please?
Sync'd at 21243 kbps with a BT profile of 18.74 Mbps, current PN Profile 17 Mbps
I noticed this thread was started back in January, will there be any resolution to this Profile issue? Have you had any feedback from BT?
