No problem mate. You will get it tomorrow first class. Let us know how it go when you turn off wi fi and use ethernet instead and I hope your pc or laptop does have Lan 10/100/1000 support as I use mine at Lan 1000.

Re: 21CN ADSL2 - How can i tell?

Glad to hear it, what router make and model do you have ? Can you use DMT Tool or RouterStats to tweak SNR to get extra 1 or 2 Megabit sync speed. Depend what SNR is on your downstream at the moment.
Plusnet and BT agree to set my line SNR at 3.3dB. And got speed of 15 Meg same as you on my old Netgear DG834N Rangemax Wireless Router and I tweak snr down to 2.2dB on the DMT Tool / Routerstat and my speed went up to 16 Meg from 15 Meg. Smiley
Because BT won't allow lower than 3dB snr as BT only do 3, 6, 9, 12 or 15dB snr at the exchange.
