Hi there,
We are having problems again with our internet speeds and DLM. Being throttled down to 6mb and 0.2 up
We know our line is capable of 21mb down and 1mb up as its a copper run straight to the exchange.
Last time we reported it, it was down to a line fault, but that was rectified, perhaps its reoccoured?
Please could our DLM be reset so we can get our speeds back ?
Here are the links to my previous reports of this issue.

Many thanks
Jrice

Hi @jrice,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue again. I've taken a look into the account and after running tests on the line I can see that the SNR Margin appears to be higher than it should be which could be causing your speeds to be slower than they should be. I have requested that this be lowered and pinned at a more appropriate rate and this should take effect within the next 24 hours.
If you're still experiencing issues, please let us know and we 'll be happy to investigate the matter further.
