ADSL Connection drop outs all morning

Good afternoon, Our ADSL has been on the blink again and when we are connected, the speeds seemed to be capped to a lower speed, which then just konks out after a while, particularly whenever we try to upload anything, and making trying to work almost impossible.

8ms ping 21mb down 1mb up is what this line used to be capable of, and it used to be very reliable,

We didn't always have problems with DLM but certainly it has been intermittent in the last 12-24 months, Any help getting to the bottom of this intermittent connectivity would be really appreciated, Also, I have also provided a link to the issue that we reported on the forums last time, which feels to us like it could be the same underlying issue.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues again.

It's certainly intermittent as shown below

Our tests are showing a external fault on the line so we've raised that for you and we'll update you when we know more
