Hi
Moved from BT to Plusnet 3rd August. Had to ring customer services to activate service because didn't activate automatically.
Unfortunately download speed drop to 1.7 and upload to 0.06 making service unusable.
Had three telephone conversation which have produced no response from Plusnet. First call I waited 35 minutes before speaking to adviser second time waited 21 minutes and
third time waited 46 minutes. Two days later still waiting for some form of contact from Plusnet.
Just thought would try forum to see if I can get some form of response

Cant see any PN staff on line - what speed did you get before - with BT
Can you post your router stats - what router have you got.
Are you connecting ethernet or wifi and is the router plugged into the master socket
Outer socket or test plug

There are a couple of drops showing, nothing overly concerning though:
The line is currently synced at:
Down: 2483
Up: 512
Loop loss: 59db
SNR: 5db
The speed results on the downstream aren't far from where I'd expect based on the estimates and the sync. The upload is concerning as I'd expect that to be performing a little better.
Are you using a wired or wireless connection when doing the speedtests?
