A couple of hours ago I created a new mailbox. So far I've received no email notifying me of the creation and there's no new ticket been added to the account, both of which have always happened in the past. The mailbox seems to be working (although it was longer than usual before I could log in to it).
Has something gone wrong with the process or has the process been changed?

I've just deleted the test mail box and immediately a closed ticket was placed on my account and I received an email.
