According to SamKnows my sub-exchange serves:
3,589 residential premises
52 non-residential premises.
The main exchanges in my area are all FTC enabled, and I'm guessing BT upgrade based on number of users on exchanges, roughly where in the size order of exchanges does my one live? (Top/Middle/Bottom?)

Strangely the OpenReach Superfast site says your exchange is not considered, but then the Dorset Council shows by 2016 as jelv has posted.
Try contacting the Dorset Council http://www.dorsetforyou.com/broadband/contact to see if they have any more info they can give you.

Thanks, have contacted Contact the Superfast Dorset Team, lets see what they say. My guess is this is just a placeholder date.
As it's that far out, it's time to get my noisy line fixed....

Ever get the feeling that random numbers are just being thrown around to keep punters happy?
Just noticed that SamKnows is saying something different to all the above seemingly random answers...
