Hi,
Does anyone know how to access previously asked questions(using the online support) once they are closed. Here is an excerpt from a old email........
There is no need to reply to this ticket if the matter is resolved. This ticket will remain open with you for the next 14 days. After which It will automatically close leaving a full copy of the notes on your account. but for the life of me can I find anywhere on my account where these notes exist! Thanks in advance.
