Only that he had no usage on the first gateway and the change started to bring stats. Others have reported the same but no one else I don't think has named gateways.
Thanks Matty, Just need to get his current fault closed and his FTTC speed put back to the 40mbps It was before the router had a funny turn

I suspect that it's more to do with the drop of PPP session then new session, than any change of Gateway myself.

It never dropped it was connected for weeks until I power cycled it yesterday
I see what you mean though. I thought it was a Stale session but then I remembered that those are when you go no throughput and not throughput without VMBU

Mine’s still showing as zero since 29th October and I’d suggest that 27th and 28th are dodgy as they show only 91mb and 3mb respectively whereas 5-6gb would be typical

Not only has it stipped for my dad since Tuesday i appears to have stopped for me today. I've got 200GB + done Peak but only 17 GB showing off peak
Edit:: I am on Pcl-ag03 and so is my dad - This is not the one he had problems with last time. I only moved onto it recently he's not had usage since Tuesday

After midnight my connection dropped (all lights on TC router apart fro power)
I am now on pcl-ag01

Mine still stuck at zero for 2 days .
Reconnected router this morning from pcl-ag03 to pcl-ag05.
will report later if it succeeds in kickstarting the meter.

I have usage showing off peak for today so clearly it is the gateways I have highlighted
I had a drop overnight and a reduction in line speed and I am now on pcl-ag08 and will see what happens today for peak time usage

It appears that peak time usage is broken but off peak is not?

Well I've been on pcl-ag03 for ages and my VMBU is fine.

it's dribbling through. says 158MB used peak time (which is actually around 75GB so far)
It might be find for you but it's not for me so rather than just trying to defend every point and post I make just shush please so the people at PN can see.
After all they support me and they need to know what's going on
