Slapped with out of contract price

That's annoying I didn't see the email telling me my contract was nearly up, but just saw my monthly price double on bank statements..will I get this extra back now I have renewed? Been with Plusnet for years a bit annoyed about that..is there a paper option for people like me who are not attatched to PCs and mobile phones?

Doubt you will get the money back. Unfortunately your contract expired and you didn't remember. Would recommend putting it on calendar for next time. Plusnet don't do paper I am afraid.
