Referrals Payments are going to the wrong Bank Account

Please see my Ticket #95760390
I changed my Bank Account about 6 weeks ago and duly updated the DD details in this account. However, the TWO payments subsequent to this have gone to the now defunct Bank account.
Note that this is a different Account Userid from my current one. PlusNet's system didn't allow me to re-open the original account when I migrated back to PlusNet after having migrated away to BT over two years ago,
I would be even happier if the referrals could be transferred to my current UserID but I suspect that "Computer says No!".

I've found what I think the issue is and have corrected it. I've also replied to your ticket.

I have updated the Ticket to ask if it is possible to transfer the referrals to mu current UserID? ... or even merge the two accounts? This would simplify things for me and also save you maintaining two accounts for me.

Thanks to Chris and the Referrals team, my Referrals have been transferred to my current UserID and the old Userid has been left active for email etc..
Hopefully, the referrals will now get deducted from my monthly charges rather than paid to my Bank Account.
