Referral query

Hi there,

I’m a new customer and used my parent’s username for the referral, however they didn’t receive any notification regarding the referral and their bill doesn’t seem to have reduced. Could someone please advise?

Fix
There is no notification of new referrals. Referred accounts can be seen in the user portal.

Referral credits are not paid until the first monthly bill following service commencement.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Nor is there any notification when a referral is stopped after a mistake by PlusNet.

Thanks, I was able to see the referral when I logged in and checked the relevant section in my parents Plusnet account
