Incorrect price on first payment of renewed contract

Hi Guys,

I decided to renew my contract, using my 'Offers and Upgrades page settings.

The offer was for £23.00 for 24 months (plus the annual CPI increase). Already my next bill (the first one for the renewed contract) is showing as £23.19, which is the Line rental price for month 25.

I rechecked the wording on my contract, and it is for £23.00 on all payments, and there wasn't anything different set for the first payment.

Could you have a look into this please.

Cheers

Andy.

Re: Incorrect price on first payment of renewed contract

Hi Curtis,

All I can say is wow, that's perfect. This is one of the reasons I stick with Plusnet, regardless of any other comments and complaints, when it comes down to it, you are all so good at sorting any real issues.

I know this wasn't a lot in question, but it all adds up, and would have compounded a little more as the annual CPI increases were applied, so I am very grateful for the rapid response to this issue.

Best regards, and thank you.

Andy
