Irritating Plusnet emails

Having switched my mobile a/c to EE, on Plusnet Mobile’s recommendation, why do I keep get the following email from Plusnet Mobile?

‘We're just dropping you a line to let you know that your bill is now available to view. Simply head over to My Account and use your account number and password to log in to check on all your calls, texts and data used this month.

As your account is in credit by £0.00, we won't be taking a payment this month, and this credit will be applied to your bill.’

Hey there @ajax you should only receive this email once. How many times have you had it?

Twice. I don't see why it's necessary at all. I'm still with Plusnet for broadband.

I had a 'phone call from Plusnet this morning which resolved the problem.
