Well according to the last Status update which should have been 1600 yesterday, but was at 1154 - PN still have access to call although the BT problem is not fixed. However my call data has not been updated since 2/12/08. Typical - make some chargeable calls (rare) and no data available (as another poster has said).
Any update then please Mand or anyone?

This is getting rather silly - no calls since the 27th November

Mine seem to be OK up till the 4th Dec (they updated last night - they only used to show till the 2nd).

But the latest Status said its all OK now - Ha Ha,  mine went wrong after the 26th, last record (a bad one) 3rd Dec

The service status has now gone green but I still haven't got any call records since the 4th December - that's over a week ago.

Hi there,
The connection problem itself is now resolved, and AFAIK from the last update I got from the dev guys calls will get processed this evening, and should be brought up to date.
If this is not the case someone let me know and I'll chase.

No calls showing on our account since 3rd Dec either.

Hope so but they have taken off  £2.51 from my credit

Mine updated overnight - all up to date till 12/12/08.  Another account I look after is still to update.
Perhaps the script is taking a while to run because of the large backlog?

Mine is updated on the calls made list but the CSV file hasn't
