That's probably related to the VAT work we were doing over the weekend and Monday morning Peter.

I'm in the same boat as Peter - no calls have been recorded since 28/11.  Just checked this morning when I noticed this thread!

Call data is definitely not being updated correctly since the 26th at least. On the 26th I have calls which are both unconfirmed AND confirmed. I have no confirmed calls since the 27/28th., and no unconfirmed calls since part way through the 30th.
Conclusion, scripts are not been run correctly or something has been changed and we are back to the (recent!) bad old days.

Hiya,
We've just found out that BT aren't sending the information through to us currently.  We're investigating, P1'ing and we'll get service status posted within the hour.
Apparently BT know what's wrong and they'll be fixing it soon.

Any change on this yet?
I am still not getting my phone calls logged.
It's typical, I hadn't phoned a charged number for ages and when I make an expensive 0871 call that I want to see how much I've spent on, the system is down!
