Sorry to see there's a problem with the phone service. I can see that our Faults team have received an update from BT Openreach stating that the fault is part of a common fault affecting a number of users. A further update is due today. Our Faults team will update the ticket with any further information.

That update was last Thursday! The number of users is irrelevant and sounds like an Openreach excuse.ï˜ If several users where affected an outage would have been declared - non have been issued. They need action not updates 
