Hi
Just had the upgrade to the Technicolor TG582n FTTC router and open reach modem installed. I previously had download speeds of 6Mbps and a pitiful upload speed. I now have the same download speed as before and an upload speed of 6Mbps? This can't be right surely. The engineer said I would get around 20 Mbps, which would justify the upgrade costs.
I also noticed that the XBOX one NAT is now set at strict. It previously was always open.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Dave

Hi Dave,
I've just updated your Speed Profile for you, that should kick in within the next 4 hours or so.
With regards to your NAT Type, does a router restart clear that for you?
