I'm glad to hear the packet loss has cleared up now, but I'm sorry to see that it looks like we've traded one problem for another. There appears to be a lot of usage running through your connection at the time that test was run.
Did you run the test without any devices using your connection?

nobody's home , just me on my main computer and nothing running , except facbook ,no download nothing
i just did a new test with absolutely everything disconnected ( as show in the screenshot , just my pc )
and it's really getting worse , something is going on

Speed back to normal 69/11 at this time ,i will monitor it a few days see how it's going
