Echolife HG612 should this modem have been replaced?

As subject, I was reading in these forums about version 1 models being swapped out (old posts). I think mine may still be version 1? photo attached.

A number of FTTC modems were replaced several years ago, and recently there were a number that had the power adapters replaced. Looking at your account we sent out a replacement PSU unit in October, did you receive this and install it?

Yes, I received and installed the replacement PSU. I was wondering about the earlier problems with failure of  the modem itself, which appears to be an earlier recall on the version 1 modems.
