Any chance someone can please find out what is happening with my broadband the router is saying "concentrator not reachable" and has been like this since monday evening.
I have made 3 phone calls all which involved me waiting over 30 mins for someone to answer and each time getting the answer we are looking into it, how about looking a bit faster I work from home and this is the 3rd day I cant work !!!!!!!!!
