Been with out Broadband since monday evening

Any chance someone can please find out what is happening with my broadband the router is saying "concentrator not reachable" and has been like this since monday evening.
I have made 3 phone calls all which involved me waiting over 30 mins for someone to answer and each time getting the answer we are looking into it, how about looking a bit faster I work from home and this is the 3rd day I cant work !!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your time on the phone this afternoon, I'm currently raising the fault with Wholesale and should be back in touch within the next hour.

Thank you for getting back to me Andy and explaining the situation, I have to got out and do a job so if you cant get hold of me on the mobile leave me a message with the time the engineer will be coming or leave me a number to get back to you on.
