Arghh, gone from a very stable 37Mbps down and 7Mbps up to barely 20Mbps down. BT Wholesale diagnostics is attached, showing an appalling speed test.. Running a BT Business Hub 5, which has been stable for months Router rebooted took 15 minutes to resync. Any ideas?

@gavininwales
Going by the time of the test, you may be suffering from peak time congestion issues. If so, and you can test again tonight between 6pm and 10pm, you may find you still have issues.
I would recommend keeping a track of the date/times and speeds and raise a fault if necessary at http://faults.plus.net

Hi @gavininwales
Tests are indicating a possible fault.
Please report that with us over at http://faults.plus.net and we'll get that raised with our suppliers.
