Upgrading from Unlimited Fibre to FTTP

I want to upgrade from Unlimited Fibre 34 - 38 to FTTP. I have been trying to get somebody from Plusnet to answer this simple question. I have 5 months to go on my current contract.  If I click edit the package, I only get an option to keep the same and sign a longer contract. If I check what is available to me using my address, full fibre is available.  I just need to know if I can upgrade without any penalty. I tried a dm on twitter as I was advised and have been waiting 23 hours for a reply.

Thanking you in anticipation, David

@2010dsc

You can upgrade at any time though it'll probably require a new contract.

Last I heard the website is having problems.

You're aware you'll lose your landline and phone number.

Phone PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to see what's available.

Re: Upgrading from Unlimited Fibre to FTTP

Fix

@2010dsc

Currently the Plusnet website has a big issue and is not offering upgrades to FTTP (even for those of us on it) so the only way forward is to call Plusnet for the time being.

Also the response time for queries seems to be on average 2 days currently.
