Plusnet app for mobile phones

Decided to download the app - but it will not let me sign in. I have tried my account number, my email and my phone number but it says my details are not recognised. I can sign in to my account on my pc so I have correct details. HELP please!

The Plusnet app is only for a Plusnet mobile phone account not a Plusnet broadband account.

I'm guessing that you haven't got a Plusnet mobile account as they are closing the mobile service down.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thank you, you are correct I only have broadband. Cannot believe the time I wasted!
