IMAP problems since yesterday OUTLOOK/Mifi

Hello,
I'm trying to set up IMAP using Microsoft Outlook.
Currently I'm using mobile broadband not my Plusnet broadband. I do have Plusnet broadband but not to hand.
I can't get it to work. I input the details and it hangs: "We're getting things ready".
IMAP settings:
Incoming server: imap.plus.net
Incoming port: 993
Encryption method: None
Require login using SPA: Uncheck
Outgoing server: relay.plus.net
Outgoing port: 587 (recommended) or 25
Encryption method: STARTTLS
Require login using SPA: Check
I telephoned support and was directed to webmail.
Are the details correct?
How can I get it to work please?

IMAP on port 993 should have TLS/SSL encryption.

SMTP port 587 and SPA NOT checked.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
