hi,
was supposed to move onto the trial yday, got a notice that i had, but no speed changes...
then i got this in my questions q...anyone know what this is?
hope they're not accidentally shutting my account down...

Customer migrated out on 12/03/2009.
No additional CBC Usage Charges were found on the account.
Other charges remaining on the account:
- Cessation Charge : £20.00

Don't worry about that. It a known issue based on the way that our systems see customers moving from ADSL to ADSL2+. Basically, it see it as a cease.
You won't be charged those fees.

You won't straight away.
It takes a few days for BT to update your profile.
If you goto http://www.speedtester.bt.com you should be able to see what the "IP Profile" is set to.
