Not sure if this is the right place for this question but a mod will move it if not.

I assume you mean Outlook Express 6 and if so it will be the security settings as follows
Open Outlook Express 6.0.
Click Tools, Options, Security tab.
Uncheck:
"Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".
Uncheck:
"Block images and other external content in HTML email"
Click Apply
Click OK.

I use Firefox and Thunderbird and had a similar problem recently. Got in touch with Mozilla and they solved it for me. Turned out that TB had 'forgotten' that FF was my default browser and needed a kick to remind it. I reset FF as my default and I then could open it from links in TB emails. Worked a treat
