WLM Remote Assistance - traffic shaping

What classification does Remote Assistance traffic fall into regarding traffic shaping thesedays ?
( I am on BBYW Opt. 2)
I had a terrible slow experience last night, and whilst there could be many causes of this,
I started to suspect that it was traffic shaped to within an inch of its life ....

It shouldn't have been.
As long as we're detected it as RDP traffic, it should be "Gold" with no rate limits.

Thanks, James, and I appreciate the response ...
A tricky one to diagnose ( I use it quiet infrequently ), but at least I know now what should be happening on the PN side ...

You can use Wireshark to identify how we're actually prioritising your traffic.
There's a guide here showing you how to interpret the data.
