Hi Team,
I am from high Heaton , Newcastle and recently switched to plusnet broadband.
When engineer made connection it was 9 Mbps. But today it's very pathetic..I have screenshot of 0.5 Mbps. with this speed , I can't even open webpage. Customer service doesn't pickup call..what's the way to escalate or sue them as minimum guarantee speed not provided.
Do we have anything where we can complain for such bad service.
