Re: SNR and Interleaving

The interleaving request has successfully gone through. Are there any updates on the SNR reset situation?

Re: SNR and Interleaving

I'm working with out suppliers system help desk on that. There's no ETA I'm afraid so I'll get back to you when I have some news on that.

Re: SNR and Interleaving

Good news, an SNR reset is in progress at the moment. This is being done manually and may take around 2 hours to complete.

Re: SNR and Interleaving

It looks like having interleaving turned off has got the SNR increased to 9dB. Could interleaving be turned back on?

Re: SNR and Interleaving

I can for one last time, but for things like SNR resets and interleaving orders in future I'll have to ask you to raise a ticket I'm afraid as I've been doing these for you on a daily basis for a while now.

Re: SNR and Interleaving

At what point do BT say enough is enough and say interleaving must be left on and no more SNR reset orders will be accepted? This user must be getting close (I was thinking that before I saw your post).

Re: SNR and Interleaving

BT don't it's not really possible for them to have that level of awareness considering the number of automated orders that they're systems handle.
