Product Change

Hi
I changed products from 30gb usage to 80gb usage as it is well cheaper and more usage, it said it will be active for the next billing date (30th) today, but i checked then and it said up to 30gb usage only!
Please help!

I believe that as the change is done by scripts these might not occur exactly at midnight, I'd sleep on it and check again in the morning.
As midnight - 8am doesn't count towards your usage anyway it's not going to affect anything.

Well its fine now now got 80gb usage but for some reason im now on 1600mb (speedtest) and yesterday i was on on 2800mb!
Is this normal?

I'll go give it a nudge now and add your username to the problem as an example of this happening. You should be back to normal speeds soon.

Soon as in today or tomorrow?
Atm im on 1800mbs usually near 2900 and loading pages etc are taking longer than usual.

Your profile on our side is back to 3500 so you should be seeing speeds nearer to that now. Try a disconnect/reconnect and give another speedtest a go.

I've checked yours again and it's set to 4000 (which is correct compared to the IP Profile).
